My interest in photography began when I was around 9 or 10 years old. I was fascinated with photography as a way to capture and preserve a feeling and a moment forever - to me it was the closest thing we had to time travel. I still feel the same way about it today.
My special love is animals – cats, dogs, birds, wildlife, horses, you name it. I love all creatures, great and small, and have had a special appreciation for and bond with them since I was a child. Today, perhaps more than ever, I enjoy finding the beauty and serenity in nature, around animals and in the seemingly ordinary moments.
